We believe family is at the heart of how God has called us to build his church here in Bangor and the surrounding area. We value unity in diversity and love to see the richness of the multi-generational Body of Christ worshipping and growing in a environment of mutual respect and appreciation. We prioritise our relationships with our extended family and are not an independent church.
Mosaic Church has been blessed by God and we are not after your money! We are a registered charity and all our financial resources are given as donations. Our vision to Meet with God, Reach Others, Make Disciples and Build the Family has a cost and we also want to invest in new ministries and perhaps ultimately our own building. We believe that all our financial resources, both individually and as a church, belong to God and the Bible teaches us that we should be generous givers. We cannot out-give God! As a charity, we are responsible to the charity commission to make sure we spend our money in line with our charitable objectives which are:
To advance the Christian Faith in Bangor in the county of Gwynedd and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit, in accordance with the statement of faith.
To relieve persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress, or who are aged or sick.
To this end, we have a board of Trustees who are responsible for running the charity, its finances and the employment of any staff and volunteers.
